Engineers and lineman are great! Office personnel pleasant (with exceptions.) Billing has issues. Number one complaint is that this utility does NOT prorate either water or electrical usage. They use a minimum charge that they charge both the customer moving off and then the new customer at the same site within the same month. Clearly double dipping!
The other reviewer is correct. One day late and whoops, there goes your $400 deposit... No grace and I asked very kindly and politely if there was anything that could be done, only to be met with the most uncaring and irritated look I've seen in a while. Pay on time or else. Too bad there's no competition on utilities, because this company wouldn't last.
