Went with a friend to pay their loan payment. Was told it would take a 20 min wait just to pay. Because they were doing a title pawn. Went to the grocery store and back.(Well over 20 mins) and am still waiting to make a payment. Which in my opinion shouldn't take but 5mins tops, not an hour. They definitely need to step their game up, or another employee in office.
