Excellent service! They were able to quickly check my husband's truck as he was passing through and fix the minor problem. Very nice and courteous employees.
I asked the Sales people for help and they did not care that I was stranded. They gave their word that a loaner car would be given when cars were being serviced with purchase of a car. We turned in a perfectly good car for a new one spending thousands of dollars we do not have in order to get this service in times of trouble. They discontinued the service without notice - even to a single mother stranded with her daughter- the car taking days and days to fix. They give loaner cars to some (men) over others. Do not trust their word. I dropped off the car at 9am and instead of two hours it took until 4:30pm they call to tell me that they would keep the car overnight. I only have one car. This is the second day they had to work on it. Here I am stranded with my daughter in day care: what can I do? There was no time to get a ride or walk to the place before they closed. The basic reply was too bad we don't care. I walked an hour to get my car the next day. It was working for maybe 5 minutes. I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet and saved the hassle.
I bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu from here about a year ago. Did not get it for the internet price. I let that go. 2 weeks after I get it home the paint starts peeling on the nose piece. I reported this and was told they couldn't have it fixed for me because they didn't make any money on it. Bull
Recently bought a car from here. I originally went to test drive a used car they had, they let me drive it around for the day and see how I felt about the car. The salesman Billy suggested looking at a Ford Focus, they had a couple but I didn't like either. So I left for the day and he called me and asked me to come back after work he had some news for me, he went and personally picked up and found an all black Ford Focus and I loved it. He got me a perfect fit! They explained every thing I was paying for down to the last dollar. He was so nice and helpful in explaining everything and going out of his way to find a car that fit me perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
