If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had an appointment on 3 (three) separate occasions, I believe they were all around 8 in the morning. The first two, I show up at 8 with nobody there. No call, nothing to tell me that someone is going to show up late or anything. The third time was the same thing, except it was snowing. Oh my goodness, we can't get out in this 1/2" of snow that is already melting away. I waited for nearly 30 (thirty) minutes before I decided to leave. One of the office crew called and asked if I was still going to make it to my appointment, to which I replied "I was there at 8'oclock this morning and nobody was there." She tells me that they had called everyone that had appointments to tell them that they will be just a few minutes late, which may have happened, but not to me.
she is horrible she didn’t give me medicine what so ever to fight the pain during procedure she said “no you’ll be fine i’ll be done in a minute” and so while suffering i asked for medicine for the pain afterwards and she wouldn’t prescribe me anything, i went for a filling and she filed my tooth all the way to a numb and put a cap on it, i got a toothache from it, went back she took it off and felt everything straight to the nerve she didn’t numb it or anything not even cleaned it, then she put a porcelain tooth over the no cleaned tooth and now i have gingivitis level 6 “as of two months ago” oh and what do you know she’s off for a week to christmas and every dentist has told me to go back to her because it’s her work, and she isn’t even there. she talks about saving teeth all i needed was a filling and now i’m dealing with tooth pain to where i can’t even eat and Anbesol doesn’t even work.. please nobody ever go to her
Super friendly, very conscious of my comfort. You Just want to stay and talk they are so nice. Got me in right away.
My children will never go back here again. The receptionist is always rude and snobby and they make appointments for them without letting you know until the day before the appointment. They also try to do work that does not have to be done
Great. I've went there since I was little. Always very satisfied by the end of the appointment. All the workers are very nice.
