This company has terrible customer service skills, horrible problem solving skills and are not there to help you in anyway unless they are to benefit. The first time we got a loan with them we were two days late, due to the check not making it on time, and they called and harassed us everyday until the payment was made. This is our second loan and I sent the check in early since it’s due on the 1st and the holidays I figured it would take longer for them to receive it. I dated the check for 11/30 and these idiots cashed my check today and overdrew my account. When I called to ask them about it they were extremely rude and tried to say we were lying about the date on the check and told me it wasn’t their fault it was sent through early so they will do nothing to fix the mistake and my overdrawn account. I highly recommend you NOT do business with this company even at your most desperate of times because when you mess up they are on harassing you to no end but the second they slip they act like everything is your fault and they try to throw it under the rug as if it never happened.
If you get behind they play a game and send you Payment be that way they make you 90 days late when if they took the the payment you would just be one payment behind. Yes I was two payments behind because they redid my loan and told me my payment would be do in October then in the middle of October hey told me I was two months behind I sent n one payment they sent it back saying I had to pay both payments. It a game for them .So next move?
Good place and nice women working there. When I got way behind they worked really hard with me and got me back on track. Granted they start calling the day of or the day after the loan payment is do, they still work with me when I'm a few days late as long as you communicate it with them.
