Was told one price, called few days later and that was not right . 2 hundred more than i was originally told. Should have to honor what i was told to begin with i think.

If it were possible I’d give negative stars. I have charter business internet and residential internet and cable. I have the silver package and I pay $150 a month for the residential services. My bill started around $120 a month average. Over the course of 1.5 years they’ve increased my bill $30. It continues to increase every few months. There are strange charges listed on my bill every few months that charter uses as their pitiful excuse for raising the cost of their services. Services I may add that decrease with the the months.

Very frustrated with this service, monthly cost rises without repairing any issueswith the service. Every week something is wrong with either tv internet or phone. We pay for cable but we are only able to watch local channels. We cant even get into netflix today. And no one answers the phones or live chat. Is this really what Charter calls customer service?

The most concerning situation I’ve experienced lately - my internet service has been working sporadically. I work from home for a Fortune 500 company. For approximately 6 weeks (or more) my internet connection has failed. I’ve called customer service a laughable amount of times. I’ve had 3 technicians come out within 2 weeks. The supervisors at charter have no idea what the technicians at charter are doing and vice versa. I’m to the point of despair. The last supervisor with whom I spoke told me that I was required to have a tech come to my home and insisted that it was the next step to take. I asked the supervisor to read the notes from the last 2-3 service calls to my house. When he did he agreed that the tech had checked everything possible to check yet refused to provide me with the next steps and continued to advise me that a tech had to be sent to my house. No technician showed up to my house or called after this.

I hate this service I would have something else if there was another reasonable alternative. Sick of talking to as computer every time I have a problem and the less of there services you use the more they charge for each service

I’ve called customer service countless times about my internet connectivity issues. I’ve had so many technicians sent my house that I can’t remember how many there have been. I’ve missed a significant amount of time from work because of the internet connectivity issues. There is no solution to be had. The techs can’t fix the issue and neither can the supervisors. I’ve been overcharged, lied to, and my job has been jeopardized. Do not sign up for charter spectrum. Any other service would be better. They don’t really provide services because they don’t work and customer service is a joke. They talk to you for as long as it takes to exhaust you and you can’t tske anymore.

Great Internet, not too expensive, and friendly staff inside.
