Hidden gem in Rhea Co. The room was plenty big for me and three of my family members. Staff members were quite friendly and accommodating. I would have no problem staying here again.
Very nice hotel to stay while in town. The staff does a great job. Room was clean the beds felt like the ones at home. The pool was great, had a blast with the grand kids.
Nice place to stay, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the bed. Great size rooms, nice floor plan, very clean and non smoking, but the bed was pretty hard and it made it impossible to get comfortable or stay in one sleeping position too long. May be time to replace the mattress
(at least in that room)
The place was very dark outside at night, no exterior lighting in the stairs or hallways. The front desk staff was not professional and didn't want to do more than they had to, not knowing what they were doing trying to over charge us at check out. The room service house keepers are wonderful! No matter what you need they'll get it and super polite. The breakfast was cold and there is not enough room in the lobby to have breakfast, you'll need to take it to your room bc there are not enough seats. The rooms are not very comfortable, they don't have actual blankets, just sheets without a comforter. It's just not a comfortable stay where you can relax and be at peace. I couldn't wait to get out of there and get back home.
Great staff. Owners are really friendly . Very accommodating as we were here working with the road striping crew . Couldn't ask for more honestly. If we come back next year we will definitely stay here. Thanks so much .
