The location is relatively pretty and clean. It is very up to date.
Would give no stars if possible.

Worst experience ever. Got ate up with bed bugs, molded noodles in the floor, and bloody tampons behind the bed. If i could rate no stars I would.
I decided to stay at a local competitor called the Kelly Motel. It is less than a minute drive north, on the opposite side of the street this motel is on. They allowed me to see the room before paying. I suggest staying there.
I made a reservation here to stay the night before seeing the August 21st eclipse. While the reservation was, questionably, honored, they would not allow me to see the room before I payed. I explained they had recent Google Maps reviews that reported bed bugs. They disregarded me and my caution.
I give them two stars instead of one only because they did not hold a payment on my bank card. If that is because of friendly business practices or they didn't actually have a reservation held for me, that is beyond my knowledge. Regardless, I am grateful for the lack of a financial squabble.
The place itself isn't bad, but I had a bad experience there a few years ago. When the door is locked (deadbolted), it opens by just turning the door handle. I had a toddler with me and she opened the door without any effort!! The hotel is right on the main hwy, so it was so scary. I was horrified to sleep because all I could think was, "she's gonna get out and be in the road." The owners were not bothered by it either, and acted very rude when I told them about it.
